Food for all diets, made to be eaten slowly at a tiny table.
We want No.23 to be a little bit discreet, like a replica of Paris or Marseille.
We want No. 23 to be a space where people gather, connect, and make things happen.
No.23 opened in 2025 in the old Dog's Dinner shop on Kirkdale Road. Inside there's a pink neon sign above a spearmint counter, cookbooks and houseplants on the shelves, and tiny tables made from New York fire hydrants.
Lotfi runs the café with Daddie in the kitchen and Andrea behind the counter, and they'll happily tell you what's good today.
Book clubs, live music, sip and sketch, food pop-ups: the little room turns into something new most weeks.

The owner was warm and friendly, and the food turned up quite quickly. My partner is keto and this was catered for, too. Will definitely be returning!
